Transfer Your License to Ready Realty (1):
This Ohio Division of Real Estate requires that you notify your current broker before making the transfer. It is always best to do this face to face, but also confirming this in writing is good practice. After you have informed your current brokerage, please fill out a transfer form following one of the two options below:
Option 1:
You can download a blank form from the Ohio Division website at: Transfer Reactivation Form for Salesperson (or the new agent application if you are not currently licensed).
After you have filled it out with your personal information, send the document in .pdf form to the broker, [email protected] for signature.
To easily find your license number or information that will be needed about the brokerage, you can visit the e-license center and do a search by name.
Option 2:
We can send you a Dotloop template for you to fill out and sign electronically. Just use the same email asking for the transfer form and we will get it to you asap.
Transfer Your Membership with the Board (2):
Call the Columbus Board of Realtors and let them know that you have joined a new brokerage. It would be our suggestion to change your email and update your contact information within the FlexMLS after you have made this change (3).

Activate or Change Supra Information (4)
If you are a new agent, you will need to schedule a time with the board to activate your eKey and purchase Supra i-Boxes if you would like them or you can start with cheaper lockboxes that are not supra. For agents transferring, it is good practice to update your information in Supra for showings.
Sometimes it is cheaper to find them on Amazon.com or E-Bay and then have the board reprogram them over to you.
After you have your boxes activated, please email us your list of serial numbers and access codes that can be downloaded easily from supraekey.com. We are required to keep a copy of this information on hand for various reasons.
e-Sign Your Chosen Commission Plan (5):
Our commission plans are designed to fit the production levels of many different types of agents. All of the plans listed below are all-inclusive and include all of the same benefits! This means:

70/8 – The 70/10 plan has no monthly fees, a 70/30 split with a $10,000 annual cap.
90/90 – The 90/90 plan is $90 monthly, with a 90/10 split and a $9,000 annual cap.

Please fill out and e-sign this document. Use your ssn if an individual and your EIN if you are having us make payments to a business account.
Bank Account Information (8)
It is important that you submit the correct information so that payment is not delayed. We will need your bank’s routing number and account number. Payments for commissions are made 1-2 business days (M-F) after all documents are turned in and approved via ACH. Below is a typical example of where to find this information. Please email a voided check or your account/routing information to [email protected].

Order Branding Materials (13)
Please make sure you order these as soon as possible, as printing can take some time. It’s always best to have it before you need it.
Business Cards
To get Ready Realty branded business cards please submit the required information and you will receive proof to upload and have them ordered for printing within a few business days. Don’t forget, we will order your business cards at no cost! Please fill out this form for the details you want on your card.
Signage
Our sign store is the easiest way to order signs that are already approved by our brand guidelines. They can also be fully customized to include your phone number, picture, custom riders and a lot more. There is also a link in the top navigation. Here you can order sign panels, frames, riders, flags, and more. We recommend these frames in white:

You are welcome to use a different sign provider as long as the artwork has been approved.
Domain Name
At Ready Realty you will be provided with your own IDX website. Typically we will match the subdomain to your email address. (Example: [email protected] would be matt.readyrealtyoh.com for the web address).
You can also point a custom domain to your subdomain if you would prefer. In other words, mattcochrell.com can point to matt.readyrealtyoh.com if preferred for marketing materials. It’s probably important to decide this as soon as possible so that your other marketing materials are correct.

We are always happy to provide one on one training until you are comfortable using our systems. I am also always happy to provide coaching or any other type of support I can provide. New Build Site
Not all of the new builds in our market are listed on the MLS. This can make it challenging when searching for a client. This site allows your clients and yourself to search through everything available.
